Kozy Kitchen takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your food order, please contact the restaurant directly. In the case of problems with a Kozy Kitchen charge to your credit card, please contact Kozy Kitchen within 7 days of the order to receive a full or partial refund. Kozy Kitchen performs a review of order history for evidence of fraud prior to issuing refunds.
